Email support@twodown.golf — a human reads it, usually the one who built the thing. Mid-round issues get priority; include the course and roughly when it happened.
How does a guest join a round?
The round's organizer adds them by name and sends one text with a join link. The guest scores, watches the board, and settles like everyone else — no account or download required.
What is a claim link?
After a round, a guest can claim their scores and record with one tap — the claim link turns their guest history into a real TwoDown profile, and everything they played moves with them.
Does scoring work without a signal?
Yes. Score entry never blocks — entries queue on your phone through dead zones and sync automatically when the signal comes back. Nothing is lost.
How does settling up work?
When the round is finalized, TwoDown nets every game into the fewest payments and gives each player a Venmo or Cash App deep link. The money moves in those apps — TwoDown never holds or transfers it.
What is the season ledger?
Every finalized round feeds your crew's season standings and all-time book — nets, records, head-to-heads. Commissioners can open and close seasons; the all-time ledger runs underneath.
A score was entered wrong — can we fix it?
Yes, any time before the round is finalized. Every edit recomputes the whole round from scratch — carryovers, match states, junk — and every change is logged with who made it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@twodown.golf and we'll delete your account and its data. In-app account deletion and data export ship with the public App Store release.
How do sign-in codes work? How do I stop them?
TwoDown signs you in with a one-time passcode texted to your number — no passwords. We only text you codes you request. Reply STOP to opt out of TwoDown texts entirely, or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.
